In collaboration with a colleague of mine, Mohammad Mohseni, I participated in designing multiple residential projects in Tehran and nearby cities in northern Iran. I was also responsible for the 3D visualization while Mohammad was the main contractor and construction engineer of these projects. The Interiors were designed with the assistance of Simin Farrokh Ahmadi.
Villa | Polur | 2013 | Total Area: 660 sq.m
The site is located in Polur, a mountainous village in Mazandaran province (less than 60 km from Tehran). Having 4 bedrooms, a billiard room, a decked patio on the north-east side and large family areas were among the essential requirements of the client.
Residential Building | Tehran | 2012-2014 | Total Built-Up Area : ~ 1710 sq.m
B+G+5 floor apartment building with typical 2 and 3 bedroom flats on each floor. A combination of white antique-look stone, brick and metal sheets were used to design the facade. Required by the client, integrating wooden decorative elements throughout the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom spaces was part of the early design decisions.
I also worked on the different alternatives of a same concept for the façade of this building as well as its entrance lobby.
